This renovation of the existing cardiac cath lab included demolition of existing system, installation of new power, lighting and low voltage systems and resulted in a fully modernized cath lab.

This 30,000 square foot facility, located in downtown Mount Vernon, includes urgent care space, clinic space and office/administrative spaces.

Built in 2023, this new 60,000 square foot facility included an outpatient surgical center on the first floor and medical office, exam and treatment spaces on the second and third floors.  K Engineers designed multiple systems, including normal and essential power, lighting, telecommunications, fire alarm, access control, security, surveillance, nurse call, public address, and intercom.

Completed in 2019, this project was a complete renovation of an existing X-Ray room into a new modern cardiac cath lab, complete with new procedure room, control room and associated equipment and storage space.  The project was successfully completed in a challenging situation within a working hospital wing.

This 9,800 square foot building, located in Bellingham, WA, completed in 2017, included an Ambulatory Surgery Center , exam rooms, office and reception spaces.  The project included an on-site generator and essential electrical systems for the ASC.

A 23,000 square foot medical facility, including pharmacy, general care, dental care and behavioral health services. Our design included a standby generator and a roof-top photovoltaic system.  

A multiple-tenant facility housing medical offices, exam rooms, MRI suite and an ambulatory surgery facility.
